Select a Home Program

How long have you dreamt of owning that house on the corner?  Every time you drive by you think, wow I’d love to live there.  It’s now for sale and you’re interested in purchasing it; however, you know the bank will not give you a mortgage.  As much as you try, the bank is going to steal your plan of owning the home of your dreams.  Well, no longer.  Our program is intended to help you with your dream of home ownership.

Our Select a Home Program will enable you to purchase any home currently listed on the MLS system or for sale by owner.  We put you in touch with the home of your dreams, we buy it for you, and then we provide you the financing to own the home one day yourself.  If you feel that in the next few years you would be able to purchase that home yourself by qualifying for your own mortgage, we would like to help you.  The Select a Home Program is tailored for people who have a reasonable down payment and have the ability to make their monthly payments but are not able to get the bank to qualify them for a mortgage.  The bank has very strict rules and guidelines regarding mortgage lending.

How Does the Program Work?

First, you tell us the type of home and what financial commitment you’re able to handle.  For instance, do you need three bedrooms, do you need two bathrooms, can you afford a $10,000 down payment or can you afford a $25,000 down payment?  The program is based on your qualifications and your financial situation.  We do not have maximums and we do not have minimums.  The program is tailored to you.  We give you the ability to select any home on the market.  Many people who have difficulty qualifying for a mortgage are limited to the few assumable mortgages on the market.  We feel you should have the option of every home available for sale.

If you feel that you can provide us with the details and the information we need, please complete the attached questionnaire.  Once approved, one of our qualified real estate agents will take you out looking at all the properties that fit your financial situation.  Once you find it, we will purchase that dream home.  You will move in and enjoy the home while our team of financial experts provides you a plan tailored to your circumstance; and within the program, we will qualify you for the home of your dreams.
