A. There are no costs associated with our program, only monthly rent and a down payment, which will enable you to own your home.

Q. What are the steps of this program?
A. There are a number of steps associated with this program.
1.Inspect & review a home that you feel would be your dream home.
2.Fill out and provide application form to your representative, and we will pre-approve your application and contact you regarding your eligibility for our program.
3.We discuss your monthly rent and down payment amount you have for this property, and then we will determine the length of the agreement.
4.Once your application is approved we will provide you with a move in date and you can start enjoying your new home.

Q. How can you assist in rebuilding our credit?
A. Rebuilding credit is a long and sometimes painful process for many individuals. Our goal is to ensure that we provide you as much assistance in the process as possible. Once you have proven that you’ve made your required payments on time, we will provide a letter to the Credit Bureau stating this. This letter will be placed in your file and will assist with your long-term credit rebuilding process.
